Terms and Conditions — 92 pk User Agreement for Pakistan

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings defined below whenever they appear, whether capitalised or not.

To register and use 92 pk you must meet all of the following requirements without exception. 92 pk reserves the right to close any account where these requirements are not met, regardless of when the breach is discovered.

Your 92 pk account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, whether you initiated it or not.

• You must keep your login credentials — password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. Never share these with any other person, including friends or family members.
• You must not allow any other person to access your account or place bets on your behalf. 92 pk accounts are strictly non-transferable.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 92 pk immediately via live chat or email at support@92pk.best. We will take immediate steps to secure the account.
• You are responsible for ensuring your device and internet connection are secure when accessing 92 pk. We recommend using a private network and keeping your device software up to date.
• You agree to log out of your account after each session, particularly if you are using a shared or public device.
• Any bets placed through your account are your responsibility regardless of who placed them. 92 pk is not liable for losses incurred through unauthorised access that occurred because you failed to maintain adequate account security.

All transactions on 92 pk are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We do not accept deposits in foreign currencies and no currency conversion is applied.

• Accepted Methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may trigger additional verification steps.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that legally belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods that do not belong to you, is prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• Credit Card Deposits: If you choose to deposit via credit card, please be aware that some card issuers treat gambling transactions as cash advances and may apply additional charges. 92 pk has no control over such charges — they are between you and your card issuer.
• Failed Deposits: If a deposit transaction fails but funds have left your payment account, please contact support immediately with the transaction reference number. We will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
• No Third-Party Deposits: Under no circumstances will 92 pk accept deposits from payment methods not registered in your name. Deposits from unverified sources will be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.

92 pk is committed to processing withdrawals quickly and without unnecessary friction. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests.

• Verification Required: Before any withdrawal is processed, you must complete account verification (KYC). This involves submitting a copy of your valid CNIC or passport and confirming ownership of the payment method you intend to withdraw to. Verification is a one-time process per account.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 100.
• Same Method Policy: Wherever possible, withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-fraud measure.
• Processing Times: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically complete within 15 minutes for verified accounts. Bank IBFT transfers are processed within 2–4 business hours during standard banking days. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank.
• No Withdrawal Fees: 92 pk does not charge any fees on withdrawal transactions. Any charges applied by your bank or payment provider are beyond our control.
• Bonus Balance: Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before requirements are satisfied will result in the bonus being removed from your account.
• Withdrawal Limits: Standard accounts have a daily withdrawal limit of Rs 5,00,000. VIP tier accounts have higher limits. Contact support if you need to arrange a withdrawal above the standard limit.

92 pk offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. Every bonus is subject to specific terms that are published alongside the promotion. The general bonus principles below apply to all offers unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotion is available to each eligible player once only, unless explicitly stated as repeatable. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts or repeated registrations is fraud and will result in account closure.
• Wagering Requirements: Most deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement — typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, 20× means you must bet the bonus value twenty times before withdrawal is permitted). The following general rules apply to all bets and games on 92 pk. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game or betting market and form part of these terms by reference.

• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game and market has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed before you confirm a bet. You may not circumvent these limits by placing multiple connected bets.
• Confirmed Bets Are Final: Once you have confirmed a bet and it has been accepted by the 92 pk system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. Please review your selections carefully before confirming.
• Obvious Errors: Where 92 pk lists odds, game rules or bet information that is clearly the result of a technical error or human mistake (such as a match listed at clearly incorrect odds due to a data feed failure), 92 pk reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. • In-Play Betting: In-play sports bets are accepted subject to live odds that change in real time. By placing an in-play bet, you accept the odds at the moment of confirmed acceptance, not the odds displayed before you initiated the bet process.
• Incomplete Events: If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled before the scheduled conclusion, bets will be settled according to the rules specific to that market. These rules are available in the relevant betting section.
• System and Network Failures: In the event of a technical failure that interrupts a game mid-round, 92 pk will make reasonable efforts to restore the session state. Where restoration is not possible, bets on the interrupted round will be refunded.
• Payout Settlement: Winnings from casino games are credited to your account balance immediately upon the round result. Sportsbook winnings are credited upon event settlement, which typically occurs within 30 minutes of the event conclusion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 92 pk. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Creating more than one account per person for any purpose, including circumventing account restrictions or claiming bonuses multiple times.
• Using software, bots, artificial intelligence tools or any automated system to place bets, access games or interact with the platform in a way not available to standard users.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, bugs or errors in the platform software for personal financial gain.
• Using proceeds of criminal activity to fund your 92 pk account (money laundering).
• Attempting to place bets or access the platform on behalf of a self-excluded player, or assisting a self-excluded player in circumventing their own exclusion.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or sports betting markets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Accessing 92 pk using a VPN or proxy service to misrepresent your geographical location or account identity.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes through your bank or payment provider without first contacting 92 pk support to resolve the issue. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in account closure and potential legal action.
• Sharing, selling or transferring your account or account credentials to any other person.
• Using abusive, threatening or harassing language toward 92 pk staff through any communication channel.

• 92 pk is not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, technical failures, data corruption, delays or errors caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues, payment provider outages or force majeure events.
• 92 pk is not responsible for gambling losses incurred through normal use of the platform. By registering and placing bets, you accept that gambling involves risk of financial loss and that 92 pk is not liable for that risk materialising.
• Our total liability to you in any dispute shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your account at the time the dispute arose.
• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

92 pk reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion or any other dishonest activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time after being requested to do so.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. Dormant account fees may apply after this period. We will contact you at your registered email before applying any such fee.
• At your own request, including self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach, any balance may be reviewed before release. Where we have reasonable grounds to suspect the balance was obtained through prohibited activity, we may withhold it pending investigation. Where closure is voluntary and no breach has occurred, your account balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method.

92 pk may update or modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes may be made to reflect new features, regulatory requirements, legal developments or operational changes.

• When material changes are made, 92 pk will notify registered players by email to their registered address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a reasonable period.
• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.
• Your continued use of 92 pk after a change has been notified constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not accept any revised terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account. Your account balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the terms in force at that time.
